How To Get More Sales With Power Words.

Let’s face it. Internet business is all about selling. Even if you’re just having a blog with Google’s Adsense on it and nothing else, you still need to get your visitors to click on those ads if you want to make money.

Promoting your own product or being an affiliate for someone else’s product requires an even more compelling convincing on your part to get your prospects to bite.

With the birth of online video, this sales process has become a bit easier. Visualization always has a stronger impact on a buyer’s decision.

Still, with most site owners relying on the written word to convince their prospects to buy their goods, knowing what words to use and when to use them is the difference between a sale or not.

It’s not a secret that some words outsell other words virtually all the time, regardless of product or service you’re offering.

For example, words such as: “free”, “new”, “guaranteed”, “tested”, “improved”, “endorsed”, “under-priced” and “better”.

These words are “proven” to increase your sales ratio.

Most people buy based on their emotional state at the moment of purchase. If they “feel good” about the product, they’ll buy it.

As an internet marketer it is important to know this fact. As such your sales copy should be loaded with words that cause an emotional reaction in your prospect.

Example: “love”, “live changing”, “luxury”, “wealth”, “success” and “famous” are emotionally driven words.

The closer your sales copy gets to asking for the sale the more emotionally driven your words will have to be to convince your prospect to make the purchase.

Remember, emotionally driven words do not just invoke “feeling good”, they can also be used to bring out other emotions: hurt, anger, disappointment, resentment, etc.

Depending on what product/service you offer, it is up to you to bring out the right emotion to make that much wanted sale.

Words That Sell is a free 44 pages ebook that takes you by the hand and shows you exactly how to use power words and put them in your ads to generate effective and high converting sales pages.
